About Us

Welriet Community NPC objectives are to:

• Provide an organizational and supporting structure to support the residents, businesses, workers and visitors in Elarduspark, Rietvalleirand, Rietvalleipark, Wingatepark and Route21 Business Park by promoting and improving community safety, infrastructure and environmental issues

• Provide security assistance to members, property owners and residents living and/or working in the designated SAPS Community Policing Subsector Forum area namely  Lyttelton Sector 4 (LS4) area

• Mediate, organize, participate and assist in the management of safety and security, environmental, local infrastructure maintenance and improvement projects

• Be a coordinating entity for the establishment of a Special Ratings Area or City Improvement District in terms of the Gauteng Province City Improvement District Act No 12 of 1997

• Provide for the election of a Board of Directors to oversee the effective functioning and administration of the company;

• Provide a general, financial and administrative management structure to support the objectives above

• Collect membership fees monthly from members to fund above-mentioned objectives

• Welriet is the main sponsor of Lyttelton CPF Section 4
